DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
This contract has been established electronically between the parties whose information is given below, within the scope of the current Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's www.painkillertr.com website.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
The basic features of the products, sales price and payment method are specified at the ordering stage.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The ordered product(s) are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within the legal time limits. The Seller reserves the right to extend this period in case of force majeure and extraordinary circumstances.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return request, the Buyer must contact the Seller through the communication channels specified above. The product return must be made within the right of withdrawal period and the shipping cost must be covered by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise between the parties, arbitration committees and consumer courts determined by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.
